What you'd actually do

  3. Manage the performance of the agency's field sales team, holding them accountable for program results, including execution metrics, budget, and ROI targets
  4. Facilitate weekly conference calls and daily communication with the agency team, conducting weekly reviews of all performance measures
  5. Provide actionable insights to leadership by reporting key industry activities, competitor positioning, retailer news, and customer issues/inquiries
