Field Service Engineer responsible for managing customer support systems, including installation, service, and repair of DePuy Synthes products. The role involves handling customer technical inquiries and complaints, performing preventative maintenance, and managing equipment within an assigned territory. This is a field-based position supporting Orthopaedics products.

What you'd actually do

  1. Perform Technical Support to internal and external customers through the Customer Support Call Center
  2. Manage account schedule and perform the installation, operation, repair and upgrades of equipment within assigned territory.
  3. Devises and implements preventative maintenance programs and maintains performance and service records for equipment.
  4. Manage region and schedule to facilitate all aspects of technical / engineering work required to support all products supported and serviced by the technical department.
  5. Responds to customer requests for emergency service. Determines cause(s), troubleshoots and takes corrective action.
