Field Service Engineer responsible for installation, service, and repair of medical devices, managing customer technical inquiries and complaints, and performing preventative maintenance. This role involves direct customer interaction, troubleshooting, and administrative tasks related to equipment and service records.

What you'd actually do

  1. Perform Technical Support to internal and external customers through the Customer Support Call Center
  2. Manage account schedule and perform the installation, operation, repair and upgrades of equipment within assigned territory.
  3. Devises and implements preventative maintenance programs and maintains performance and service records for equipment.
  4. Manage region and schedule to facilitate all aspects of technical / engineering work required to support all products supported and serviced by the technical department.
  5. Responds to customer requests for emergency service. Determines cause(s), troubleshoots and takes corrective action.
