Field Service Engineer for DePuy Synthes Medtech in Solna, Sweden, responsible for ensuring the successful daily operation of service applications, representing products in the robotic and digital industry, developing the service market, and providing technical support and education to sales, clinical staff, and regional field staff. The role involves managing client relationships, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Conduct all Field Sales Engineer responsibilities secure successful daily operation of all service applications in Nordics.
  2. Represent Depuy Synthes Medtech and our products in the robotic and digital industry and development of the service market in designated territory.
  3. Works with Sales and Clinical to support difficult sales opportunities in providing Technical Service support as needed including providing technical education to all regional field staff.
  4. Manage existing clients effectively to include acting as a technical resource for clinical staff, working with the physician’s one-on-one in procedures, and troubleshooting customer relationships.
  5. Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures

Skills

Required

  • Effective English verbal and written communication skills.
  • PC proficiency.
  • Knowledge of Service management systems.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications to include: Word, Excel, and Access.

  • Driving license (requirement)
  • Experience within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry (preferrable)
