What you'd actually do

  1. Plan and coordinate Field Service Representative assignments for customer requests, maintenance, commissioning, troubleshooting, and other field activities.
  2. Supervise, train, develop, and manage performance of field personnel.
  3. Review and approve field employee work orders to support accurate reporting and timely customer invoicing.
  4. Promote safe field operations and ensure compliance with QHSE, customer, company, and regulatory requirements.
  5. Support customer issue resolution and coordinate with internal technical and operational teams.
