Boeing is seeking a Field Service Representative in Seoul, South Korea, to provide on-site and remote technical support to an airline customer. Skills

Required

  • Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, engineering technology or FAA Airframe & Powerplant license
  • 5+ years of experience in the aviation industry
  • Fluent in English

Nice to have

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial airline technical operations
  • 5+ years of experience in the aviation industry preferably with Boeing models
  • Experience with customer support
  • Experience with aerospace hardware or software in a technical capacity, preferably in an Original Equipment Manufacturer role (research, design, production, support, etc)
  • Demonstrated cultural awareness and emotional intelligence, with the ability to adapt and effectively conduct business across diverse countries, cultures, languages, and airline environments.
  • Experience interacting with all levels of airline management on technical and operation issues
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
  • Multilingual skills, particularly Korean language
