Skills

Required

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
1-2 years of experience as a Technician servicing high, medium, and low voltage system components
Familiarity with IoT networking concepts
Ability to read and understand design schematics, construction documents, and technical repair guides
Customer service skills
Proficiency with spreadsheets, word processing, and other computer-based applications
Ability to work in a variety of environments
Ability to use hand tools, diagnostic equipment, laptop/tablet, and smartphone
Excellent time management skills
Ability to coordinate travel and logistics
Ability to carry/move tools and equipment up to 60 lbs. unassisted
Minimum age of 21
No driving related suspensions or revocation of Driver License (within a 3-5 year period)
Ability to read and speak fluent English
No drug or alcohol related driving incidents in the last 3 years
No more than 1 serious moving violation in the last 3 years
Must have a valid driver's license in the state of residence
Ability to travel up to 90%

As a Field Service Technician II, Charging you will provide on-site service for a variety of hardware including EVSE, energy storage, PV, and other distributed energy systems. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, and organizational needs. The successful candidate may be eligible for annual performance bonus.
