This role supports finance, accounting, and operating management by providing critical financial deliverables including daily operational reporting, monthly close and forecast processes, and ad hoc financial efficiency analysis. It involves developing physicals-based forecasts, providing key performance measures, supporting budget and business plan development, and maintaining internal controls. The role also focuses on adopting and facilitating the use of advanced financial models and analytical tools to enable cost efficiency.

What you'd actually do

  1. Supporting critical financial deliverables including daily operational reporting, comprehensive monthly close and forecast processes, and adhoc financial efficiency analysis to identify performance gaps, mitigate risks and uncover opportunities for improvement
  2. Developing and refining physicals-based forecasts to support critical decision-making and strategic planning initiatives
  3. Providing real-time, impactful key performance measures to operations (daily, weekly, monthly)
  4. Supporting development of Annual Budget and Multi-Year Business Plan with business partners which includes: Physicals-based plans to deliver cost targets and optimize resource allocation
  5. Adopting and facilitating the use of advanced financial models and analytical tools to enable increased cost efficiency and overall delivery of financial responsibilities

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Admin
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards coupled with internal control mindset
  • Proficiency with financial and accounting software, ERP systems and MS Office
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess complex business processes with high level of attention to detail and accuracy; ability to work with large data sets
  • Strong understanding of financial analysis and budgeting with financial modeling skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work well across multiple functions, and willing team player; ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization; Strong presenter
  • Self-Starter and willing learner who is well organized and able to manage concurrent projects

Nice to have
