Finance Analyst role supporting finance operations across multiple markets, focusing on reporting, planning, closing, and master data management. What you'd actually do

  1. Ensure timely, accurate, and well-documented execution of core CEB Finance processes.
  2. Drive standardization and achieve digital maturity across financial processes in Reporting (sales, Opex, cash flow, headcount, resource allocation), Planning (Anaplan inputs), Closing (including intercompany), Master Data Management, and Compliance.
  3. Identify and implement opportunities for standardization and simplification across CEB markets.
  4. Leverage advanced digital tools such as Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, AFO, and other technologies to enhance efficiency and insights.
  5. Build strong relationships within the CEB Business Unit Finance team and with global partners, including Global Services and Digital Ambassadors.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant finance experience.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills with a results-driven approach.
  • Proven track record to work autonomously and deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a virtual environment.
  • Proven continuous improvement approach and adaptability.
  • Digital proficiency: Advanced Excel, Power BI, ERP systems; understanding of master data and system-based processes.
  • High integrity and commitment to J&J Credo values and compliance standards.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).

Nice to have

  • Automation experience desired (e.g Power Automate or UiPath).
