This role is a Vice President of Finance and Business Management within the CTO office at JPMorgan Chase. What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate with CTO Office leadership team to set strategy, objectives, and track outcomes while enhancing operational metrics.
  2. Engage regularly with finance, risk, and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  3. Act as approver for business expenses, including consultants, vendors, and infrastructure costs.
  4. Partner with financial management to complete the annual budget process and assist with unit costing and cost-to-serve modeling, which will include a specific focus on product & platforms.
  5. Active participation in Transformation workstreams, including supporting financial and portfolio management tools.

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in the Financial Services industry
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • Very strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate business narratives
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of data and analytics with the ability to present complex datasets clearly
  • Self-motivated and innovative thinker capable of deriving, formulating, and developing new concepts, processes, and value-added activities
  • Proven track record of independently and proactively driving initiatives forward
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and achieve successful results in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to design business reporting and analysis that is clear, concise, and actionable
