This role is for a Finance Business Operations Manager within Meta's strategic finance organization, focusing on business marketing. The manager will act as a financial advisor to executives, managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. Key responsibilities include providing analytic support, measuring marketing channels, driving investment decisions, building business partnerships, and preparing financial review materials. The role also involves developing financial models, identifying risks and opportunities, and integrating AI tools into financial planning and analysis workflows. Qualifications include 7+ years of experience in finance or operations, a relevant bachelor's degree, experience with financial systems and analytics tools, and strong communication and influencing skills. Experience with Go-to-Market, marketing finance, AI integration in finance, ethical AI practices, ROI/LTV frameworks, and partnering with executive leadership is also required.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for the Business Marketing organizations
  2. Provide analytic support and develop actionable insights that will influence key decisions across the organization
  3. Advance the thinking on measuring marketing channels, revenue drivers, and informing marketing spend allocation
  4. Conduct analyses to drive sound investment decisions, such as return on marketing spend and LTV frameworks
  5. Create business partnerships with leaders of all levels and functions across marketing, product growth, and decision science teams

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Business Operations, or related analytical organizations demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Math, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
  • Experience manipulating data sets and working with system and analytics tools (e.g., Hyperion, SQL)
  • Experience building trusted business partner relationships at increasingly executive levels, influencing decisions, and driving alignment on financial targets
  • Experience communicating financial analysis in writing and verbally to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including presenting to senior leadership
  • Experience building relationships and communicating with stakeholders across all levels and functions

Nice to have

  • MBA, CPA, or CFA designation
  • Experience integrating AI tools into financial planning and analysis workflows to improve forecast accuracy, accelerate scenario modeling, or automate reporting processes
  • Experience in Go-to-Market, marketing, marketing finance, or digital advertising domains
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
