Boeing is seeking a Finance Business Partner / Financial Analyst in Tokyo, Japan. The role involves assisting with financial matters for government contracts, including proposal development, cost control, EAC reviews, forecasting, reporting, and financial modeling. Requires a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CFA, or Japanese CA, fluency in Japanese and English, and strong Excel skills. Experience in Aerospace & Defense and Cost Analysis is preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Assist finance management with all financial matters for associated Portfolio of Programs, rate and overhead management with focus on affordability and business case analysis.
  2. Make recommendations to management on financial performance projections using financial and business knowledge and experience.
  3. Effectively plan and manage business activities by producing and reviewing the project budgets, baselines, schedules, performance, Estimates At Completions (EAC), and longer-term plans including input into the Long Range Business Plan (LRBP).
  4. Safeguards the financial integrity of the Program by implementing the required business management procedures and practices.
  5. Participate in monthly and annual forecasting, reporting and analysis requirements. Prepare reports and presentations for internal senior management.
