Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Finance Data Governance Lead Analyst to execute and support data governance processes, analyze data issues, improve data quality, and strengthen operational consistency for the global SigniFi initiative. This role involves maintaining policies, supporting compliance, collaborating with stakeholders, and using governance tools within the Finance Data Strategy & Management team.

What you'd actually do

  1. Execute core data governance activities to support the accuracy of financial data across actuals, planning, and reporting.
  2. Maintain and update data management policies, standards, procedures, and supporting documentation including Data Scope, Data Dictionary, L3/L4, DTPs, and work instructions.
  3. Analyze data quality issues, support rule monitoring, and help identify root causes and corrective actions in alignment with the Common Information Model.
  4. Support adherence to financial data management practices aligned with relevant internal controls, policies, and standards.
  5. Partner with finance, master data, and other stakeholders to gather business requirements, support data stewardship, and address data-related needs.
