This is a Finance FP&A Graduate Internship Program at Warner Bros. Discovery, offering a 12-week internship followed by a one-year rotational program for top performers. The role involves hands-on projects in financial planning and analysis, preparing reports, analyzing financial data, and assisting with financial models and ad hoc reports. It requires candidates to be in their final year of a Bachelor's or Master's program in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with strong financial analysis skills, proficiency in Excel, and fluency in English and Polish.

What you'd actually do

  1. Prepare monthly flash reports providing actual results compared to forecast, prior year and budget.
  2. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly deliverables. This includes creating reports by title, profit and loss (P&L) statements, and explaining differences in cash flow.
  3. Combine different financial reports for the EMEA region to create accurate and timely results. This includes analyzing differences, identifying trends, and sharing these insights with finance leaders, including the EMEA CFO.
  4. Prepare roll-forwards comparing plan results to prior forecast, prior year and budget.
  5. Refresh financial models and help map financial data between different systems.

Skills

Required

  • Currently in the final year of a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong foundation in core financial analysis, or financial reporting.
  • Active involvement in student organizations, demonstrating initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
  • A proactive, open‑minded, and motivated approach to learning.
  • A strong analytical mindset with advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Fluency in both English and Polish.
