This role is a Finance Lead for Microsoft in the Philippines, partnering with the Country Manager to drive strategy, growth, and operational rigor. It involves financial analysis, business partnering, compliance, and engaging with customers and partners on digital transformation initiatives.   1. Foster a Microsoft Company owner mindset.
  2. Drive longer term planning, set strategies and align to resource allocation for maximum return & long term growth in the local market aligned to propensity models and targeted share gains.
  3. Leverage deep actionable insights to drive topline revenue, product adoption and value delivered to our customers.
  4. Compliance & Security leadership & tone, monitor and support management’s responsibility to mitigate risk with special focus on preventing corruption, unethical sales, spend management, privacy and concession & discounts.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 6+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science or related field AND 4+ years experience in financial analysis, accounting, controllership or finance, or related field OR equivalent experience
