What you'd actually do

  1. Own end-to-end planning processes for Consumables (Dog and Cat), including budget, forecast, and long-range planning cycles.
  2. Lead intraperiod forecasting, including risk and opportunity identification, tracking, and clear communication to leadership.
  3. Run the Consumables Weekly Business Review (WBR), delivering concise, data-driven insights on performance, key drivers, and actions.
  4. Develop and maintain consolidated Consumables-level reporting, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and a single source of truth.
  5. Partner with category finance and cross-functional teams to synthesize performance insights and align on business drivers.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience (FP&A, Financial Analysis, Corporate Finance, or similar)
  • Prior people management experience or demonstrated ability to lead and develop others
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, P&L mechanics, and forecasting processes
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance reporting
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights for business leaders
