What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the finance workstream for New Product Introductions (NPI), ensuring every new SKU or pricing model is supported by our billing engine and accounting policies.
  2. Own the project lifecycle from initial discovery and business case development through to post-launch stabilization.
  3. Partner with GTM and Sales Ops to optimize the deal lifecycle, streamlining processes from initial CRM quotes to final revenue recognition.
  4. Bridge the gap between finance and technical teams by documenting detailed business requirement documents (BRD) and leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  5. Ensure all system changes comply with ASC 606 standards and internal controls in close collaboration with Revenue Accounting.

Skills

Required

  • 6+ years of experience in Finance Transformation, Finance Operations, Consulting, or Finance Program Management within a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
  • Deep domain knowledge of Quote-to-Cash cycles, GTM strategies, and Revenue Accounting (ASC 606).
  • Technical proficiency with ERPs (e.g., NetSuite) and CRM/Billing tools such as Salesforce, CPQ, Zuora Billing, or Zuora RevPro.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives and hitting deadlines with diverse stakeholders.
