Finance Operations Lead

Meta Meta · Big Tech · Dublin, Ireland

Meta is seeking a Finance Operations Lead in Dublin, Ireland, to drive AI-driven transformation within the Order to Cash process. This role involves leveraging AI assistants, prompt engineering, and automation to improve KPIs, streamline workflows, and manage risks. The lead will partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Product teams to co-develop AI solutions and ensure responsible AI practices, while also maintaining compliance with SOX and regulatory requirements.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own portfolio KPIs (AR aging, bad debt ratio, collections effectiveness) — with an emphasis on improving them through smarter processes
  2. Execute core O2C activities (credit reviews, collections, dispute resolution) while actively working to automate and streamline each one
  3. Assess current O2C workflows to identify where AI, automation, and intelligent tooling can eliminate manual effort, reduce cycle times, and improve decision quality across credit decisioning, collections prioritisation, dispute resolution, cash application, and risk monitoring
  4. Partner with outsourced teams to drive accountability against SLAs, while identifying which activities can be augmented or replaced through AI and automation
  5. Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure compliance with SOX, internal policies, and regulatory requirements
