Senior Finance Analyst role supporting the Vision Deliver organization for the Asia-Pacific region, with a focus on the Japan market. Responsibilities include business planning, forecasting, financial analysis, reporting, and supporting FP&A process changes. Requires a bachelor's degree in a finance-related field, 5+ years of experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills are essential.

What you'd actually do

  1. Leads business planning & update process and coordinates detailed bottoms-up planning for key markets (Japan, and other Asia-Pacific markets)
  2. Supports submissions in regional FP&A processes for business planning cycles & updates, forecasting, and actuals reporting.
  3. Prepares regular reports and commentary on Deliver-owned financial metrics.
  4. Leads or supports period-closing activities, in collaboration with the accounting function from global services. This includes accruals estimations & validation, fixed asset transactions and executing intercompany cross-charges.
  5. Prepares monthly performance and planning decks, adding first-line commentary to enable framing by the manager for leadership reviews

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance
  • 5 years of finance, accounting processes, or related business experience
  • Proficiency with common Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Formulas, various look-up functions)
  • Ability to develop trusted partnerships across multiple levels in both business organization and finance
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strong planning and prioritization capability
