This role is for a Financial Analyst supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting for the LATAM region within Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes business. It involves preparing financial reports, supporting close processes, developing financial models, and ensuring compliance with financial standards and regulations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial results, including actuals, forecasts, and budgets for LATAM markets.
  2. Support regional month‑end and quarter‑end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
  3. Develop financial models and variance analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting regional performance.
  4. Partner with commercial, supply chain, and functional teams to provide financial insights that support strategic and operational decisions.
  5. Assist with annual operating plan (AOP) and long‑range planning (LRP) processes for the LATAM region.
