What you'd actually do

  1. Build and maintain dynamic relationships with key stakeholders across Finance and Diversity, Opportunity & Inclusion.
  2. Partner with Business Managers to provide timely financial data, consolidate feedback, and support decision-making.
  3. Support ad-hoc requests and special projects, prioritizing deliverables effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Conduct deep-dive analyses on key financial issues, identify root causes, and propose actionable solutions.
  5. Perform variance analysis to understand key drivers of business results and develop clear commentary explaining changes from budget for Center of Excellence Leads.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 2+ years of experience in Financial Services with a background in Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, Business Management, Accounting, or Consulting
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly motivated with the ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated integrity and discretion in handling highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with a proactive, results-oriented mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Curiosity and critical thinking skills
  • Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, and/or reporting effectiveness
