Bank of America is seeking a Financial Center Manager to oversee daily operations and staff at a financial center. This role involves managing client traffic, fostering a client-centric and risk-aware culture, driving operational excellence, and developing talent. The manager will act as a business owner, responsible for business results, client experience, and market-level initiatives. Key responsibilities include talent development, client engagement, managing business results through coaching, creating a world-class client experience, and driving operational excellence. Managerial duties encompass fostering inclusion, making data-driven decisions, communicating business strategy, managing risks, coaching team members, managing expenses, recruiting and developing talent, and driving business outcomes. Skills

Required

  • 1+ years of leadership experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: coaching, training and/or motivating a work team
  • Is an enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results, acting in the best interest of the client
  • Collaborates effectively to get things done, building and nurturing strong relationships
  • Displays passion, commitment and drive to deliver an experience that improves our clients' financial lives
  • Is confident in identifying solutions for clients based on their needs and can resolve problems independently or bring in others as needed
