This role is for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager at Salesforce, supporting the Americas Professional Services organization. The manager will partner with finance and operations colleagues on planning, reporting, and decision support, focusing on resource investment strategies, revenue forecasting, and business performance drivers. What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with and support the senior leadership of Americas Professional Services to drive optimal financial strategy
  2. Facilitate decision making on investment strategies, operational efficiency, and resource allocation
  3. Produce strategic, actionable insights from financial and operational data
  4. Build the Annual Financial Plan, quarterly Outlooks, and monthly forecasts aligned to business strategy
  5. Partner cross-functionally to deliver weekly revenue forecast updates
