  3. Set clear expectations to create a smooth transition and continuation of the Bank of America/Merrill relationship
  4. Further strengthen participant relationships by anticipating needs, exceeding service expectations and following through on commitments
  5. Demonstrate knowledge of investments and financial markets and apply key principles appropriately to the individual participant’s investment needs
