What you'd actually do

  1. Engage participants in goals-based conversations to provide education and guidance
  2. Leverage the Bank of America and Merrill offering model and collaborate with business partners to provide service/education to active and separated Merrill 401k and Equity Plan Participants
  3. Set clear expectations to create a smooth transition and continuation of the Bank of America/Merrill relationship
  4. Works with clients to plan their short and long-term financial goals by building a financial plan with brokerage products, including stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, and banking and money managed solutions
  5. Recommends banking and investments strategies that align with client financial goals and needs

What the JD emphasized
