This role is for a Financial Solutions Advisor Trainee at Bank of America. The primary focus is on obtaining securities licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) and learning foundational skills to manage client relationships, provide financial advice, and offer banking and investment solutions. The role progresses through defined stages of development within financial centers.

What you'd actually do

  1. Obtain Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 Exams).
  2. Learn foundational skills needed to be an advisor – from acquiring, building and managing client relationships to considering a client’s complex financial picture and guiding them with advice and solutions to help them live their best financial lives, all while humanizing financial interactions.
  3. Help to deliver Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions and approach to client care.
  4. Grow and deepen relationships within a portfolio of clients.
  5. Provide end-to-end comprehensive advice, deliver client reviews/presentations with confidence, and recommend strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals and life priorities.

Nice to have
