This role is for a Financial Solutions Advisor candidate who will obtain securities industry licenses and learn foundational skills to advise clients on financial matters. The role involves building and managing client relationships, guiding them with advice and solutions, and delivering core banking and investment solutions. It progresses through stages of development, with opportunities for advancement within Bank of America and Merrill.

What you'd actually do

  1. obtaining your Securities Industry licenses, where you receive dedicated and personalized classes for your Securities Industry Essentials [SIE], Series 7 and Series 66 Exams.
  2. taught the foundational skills needed to be an advisor – from acquiring, building and managing client relationships to considering a client’s complex financial picture and guiding them with advice and solutions to help them live their best financial lives, all while humanizing financial interactions.
  3. help to deliver Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions and approach to client care.
  4. continue to practice the skills you’ve learned by growing and deepening relationships within a portfolio of clients.

Nice to have

  • Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience
