This role is for a Financial Solutions Advisor Candidate at Bank of America. The candidate will obtain securities licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) and learn foundational skills in client relationship management, financial advice, and solution delivery. The role progresses through stages, starting with licensing and client acquisition, and aims to develop individuals into successful financial advisors.

What you'd actually do

  1. Obtain your Securities Industry licenses, where you receive dedicated and personalized classes for your Securities Industry Essentials [SIE], Series 7 and Series 66 Exams.
  2. acquire, building and managing client relationships to considering a client’s complex financial picture and guiding them with advice and solutions to help them live their best financial lives, all while humanizing financial interactions.
  3. help to deliver Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions and approach to client care.
  4. Provide end-to-end comprehensive advice, deliver client reviews/presentations with confidence, and recommend strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals and life priorities.
  5. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners.

Nice to have

  • Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience
