Finished Goods Distribution Centre - China Central Team Manager

This role manages finished goods distribution center operations in China, overseeing 3PL suppliers, inbound/outbound logistics, and ensuring service levels are met. It involves capacity management, cost analysis, and driving operational excellence within the supply chain.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage the 3PLs service performance, SOW compliance in accordance to Apple’s requirements.
  2. Lead execution during key events such as new product launches, peak events to ensure a flawless and successful execution.
  3. Build critical modelling around short term and long term capacity management, execution, cost savings and process/system.
  4. Drive periodic review of 3PLs’ end-to-end platform to ensure support towards scalability and growth.
  5. Present logistics plan and recommendations to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent proven experience
  • Min 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain with in-depth functional knowledge of key logistics processes
