- 1st shift: Monday-Thursday 6 AM - 4 PM, Overtime as business needs require on Fridays and Saturdays
- 1st shift starting pay: $18.00/hour
JOB PURPOSE:
Under general supervision, performs the material handling and warehouse functions required in receiving, processing, storing, moving, and shipping of prime product at BCP facilities. Typically reports to a supervisor.
JOB DUTIES:
- Operates various types of caterpillar product SSL/MTL/CTL/MHE
- Perform material handling and warehousing functions
- Moves and stores prime product from production line to storage
- Ability to safely move prime product after completing basic inspection to distribution center
- Must be able to work in a highly structured environment, strictly adhering to provided standard work instruction
- Ability to follow and understand source documents to verify serial numbers and shipping documents
- Ability to train others in Standard Work
- Follows and utilizes CPS principles of 5S, Continuous Improvement Idea Reporting, Waste Elimination, and Standard Work
- Keeps work area in a clean and orderly condition
- Ability to safely move prime product in to confined areas and secure for transportation
Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation):
- Must be able to frequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 35 pounds for intervals of 15-30 minutes
- Must be able to work at heights of up to 20 feet from the floor
- Must be able to work in tight spaces
- Must be able to work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures
- Must be able to walk, squat and bend over for intervals of 15-30 minutes
Basic Qualifications:
- Possess a valid driver license
Top candidates will also have:
- Caterpillar product knowledge SSL/MTL/CTL/MHE
- At least 6 months of experience truck loading and securement
- Some experience operating heavy machinery preferably SSL/CTL/MTL

Summary Pay Range:
$18.00 - $22.40
