Enterprise Sales Leader for Databricks, focusing on the Financial Services sector in SEA. The role involves leading a team of Account Executives to achieve sales targets, develop strategic plans, build customer relationships, and translate technical product value to C-suite executives. Requires 10+ years of senior executive experience in FSI, consulting, or software, with 5+ years in SaaS sales leadership and experience in the SEA region. Knowledge of the FSI technical landscape and big data selling is a plus.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive Revenue Success: Own and exceed your teams quarterly/annual sales targets.
  2. Build and Implement Strategic Plans: Develop and execute evolving revenue plans and growth tactics, mainly amongst strategic financial services customers.
  3. Cultivate strong executive relationships with customers/partners, and lead cross-functional teams.
  4. Create Trust-Based Relationships: develop long term customer, partner, and cross-functional relationships
  5. Distill Customer Needs and Value: Enable your team to understand commercial goals of your customer and how they relate to our value proposition

Skills

Required

  • 10+ years of experience working as a senior executive at a top-tier FSI, management consulting firm, and/or at a leading software company in a similar capacity.
  • Experienced (5+ years) high-growth SaaS leader with experience leading a sales team to new heights.
  • Experience selling to Enterprise Customers in the SEA region.
  • Strong knowledge of the FSI technical landscape, ecosystem and existing relationships with Hyperscalers.
  • Experience translating a highly technical product to business value for the CSuite.
  • Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve personal objectives with a team first mindset

Nice to have

  • Experience in big data, selling against open source or freemium a plus.
  • Track record of success executing against personal and team goals while always striving to uplevel your process
