  2. Set team priorities, execution plans, and own milestone deliveries of high-quality IP diagnostic test suites aligned with program teams and organizational goals.
  3. Build team capability through hiring, coaching, performance management, and talent development.
  4. Identify risks early, drive mitigation plans, and communicate execution status clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
  5. Drive cross-functional collaboration with architecture, silicon design, firmware, platform, manufacturing, and program teams.
