This role focuses on strengthening a financial institution's resiliency posture by enhancing its Resiliency Testing program. The Associate will streamline operating models, improve data analysis for control management, and provide guidance to business partners, contributing to the Firmwide Resiliency lifecycle with a focus on testing. The role requires strong analytical, organizational, and collaboration skills, with a preference for experience in regulated environments and familiarity with AI tools for process improvement.

What you'd actually do

  1. Contribute to the development of the Firmwide Resiliency Testing lifecycle, inclusive of resiliency integration and operating model streamlining, by gathering input, preparing materials, and facilitating collaboration with partners.
  2. Assist LOB/CF partners by providing potential solutions for identified challenges.
  3. Support working groups and/or project teams, taking ownership of assigned deliverables and ensuring effective progress and delivery of objectives.
  4. Leverage data for conducting analyses and assisting in control process development.
  5. Foster relationship with Controls Management to strengthen feedback loop relative to Resiliency Testing
  6. Develop subject matter expertise in Firmwide Resiliency processes and practices with focus on Resiliency Testing

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in resiliency, controls and/or risk management
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CBCP, CRISC, or similar).
  • Experience in operational resilience, risk management, or business continuity within a large, complex financial institution or similarly regulated environment.
  • Strong understanding of corporate frameworks and their integration with other risk, control, or operational frameworks.
  • Ability to drive projects and support wider team objectives in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and solutions; ability to identify AI-driven process improvements.
  • High degree of initiative, self-direction, and ability to work well under pressure.
