This role is for a Fixed Asset Senior Financial Analyst at CoreWeave, a cloud provider for AI. The analyst will support fixed asset accounting for global data center construction and expansion, focusing on month-end close, capitalization, reporting, and lifecycle management. Responsibilities include journal entries, subledger ownership, reconciliations, SOX controls, and process improvement. Requires 4+ years of accounting experience with a focus on fixed assets and public company/Big 4 experience.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the preparation of high risk manual journal entries, fixed asset subledger ownership, account reconciliations and preparation of key SOX control reports
  2. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across fixed asset processes, with a focus on scale, automation, and compliance.
  3. Act as the subject matter expert for fixed asset accounting processes.
  4. Establish and maintain internal controls over fixed assets as a control preparer
  5. Provide analysis and insights related flux analysis

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years of accounting experience with a strong focus on capital project/fixed asset accounting, inventory tracking, and fixed asset management
  • Public company or Big 4 public accounting experience required
  • Deep understanding of US GAAP requirements for fixed asset capitalization, depreciation, and construction-in-progress (CIP) accounting
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional collaboration and large-scale asset tracking initiatives
  • Excellent organizational, time and self-management skills & ability to prioritize and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

  • Experience working with plant, warehouse, or data center environments and related inventory flows is highly desirable
  • Global Business Services (GBS) experience is a plus
