Fixed Term Associate - HR Coordinator (non Agent)

Assists in an assigned Human Resource sub-function, primarily Recruitment, by performing end-to-end activities in the selection process, including phone screening, candidate data entry, interviewing, administering assessments, and handling job offers and background checks. Also provides administrative support for special projects and discusses personal development plans.

What you'd actually do

  1. Perform end-to-end activities in the selection process:
  2. Coordinates with internal stakeholders for recruitment requirements and evaluate the recruitment process
  3. Participates in other sourcing strategies such as joining job fairs and offsite events
  4. Provide logistics/administrative assistance in department or organization wide programs/events
  5. Discusses personal development plan with line manager and provides progress updates periodically for each performance review cycle.
