Fixed Term Associate - Sr. HR Coordinator (benefits)

This role provides functional support in Benefits administration under Human Resources, resolving associate concerns, preparing and communicating benefit information, computing benefits for payout, managing leave requests, supporting clinic management, coordinating with third-party contractors and government agencies, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with labor standards and regulatory changes.

What you'd actually do

  1. Resolves associates concerns on benefits items in a timely manner through thorough research and investigation
  2. Prepares and communicates information to employees about benefit programs, procedures, changes, and government-mandated disclosures
  3. Provides timely computation of Associate benefits (health and welfare plans, government benefits, company benefits) for payout
  4. Manages, validates and processes leave requests of associates
  5. Supports Clinic management and processes (Medicine & supplies management, Health Management Bulletin preparation, Occupational permit and Health Certificate processing, and Clinic & staff schedule and requirements)

Required

  • Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Laws and regulations
  • excellent oral and written communication skills

Nice to have

  • graduate of Psychology, Legal Management, Business Administration, or any related course
  • Relevant work experience in human resources
