What you'd actually do

  1. Manage day to day interactions with executive clients and sponsors and build a trusted advisor relationship.
  2. Manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for large companies. Responsibilities include, among others, managing teams in the identification of business requirements, product simplification and alignment, capability design and planning, technology/vendor selection and planning and business launch readiness
  3. Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies
  4. Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance into the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in subscription billing within consulting or industry, specifically focused on delivering cloud-based subscription billing solutions
  • 2+ years of experience with end-to-end implementations of subscription billing solutions (e.g., Zuora Billing, Oracle NetSuite Billing Platform, SAP BRIM).
  • Ability to communicate complex system concepts to a business audience in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
  • Subscription billing experience in industries such as High-Tech, Automotive, Med-Tech, or Telecom.
  • Experience with successfully leading complex engagements, both business and technical, including multiple dependencies and integration points
  • Experience identifying creative solutions within configurable cloud systems or within boundary applications where customization is required

Nice to have

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with subscription billing, including applying leading practices and facilitating solutions for complex client business requirements.
  • At least 2 years of experience designing or optimizing lead-to-cash and record-to-report processes and end-to-end system architectures.
