Flight Line Group Coordinator

Boeing is seeking experienced Flight Line Group Coordinators to support aircraft delivery operations. This role focuses on improving production efficiency, safety, and product quality through pre-shift planning, crew coordination, training, process improvement, and adherence to safety protocols like Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO). The position requires experience in live aircraft field operations, aerospace manufacturing, and systematic problem-solving.

What you'd actually do

  1. Creates a culture that enhances productivity, safety and a teaming environment.
  2. Works cross-functionally to identify opportunities for improvement.
  3. Ensure LOTO book, kit and LOTO equipment are used correctly and inventoried.
  4. Coordinates with Lead/Manager on execution and critical path of production build.
  5. Supervising Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO).

Skills

Required

  • Ability to work a variable shift.
  • Ability to work overtime
  • 3+ years of experience with live aircraft field operations/aircraft systems/LOTO
  • 3+ years of experience within aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing
  • 3+ years of experience in advising and influencing others to meet schedules and safety requirements or resolve technical or operational problems
  • 3+ years of experience with Systematic Problem Solving

Nice to have

  • 5+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3 years of experience with Boeing Production System (BPS) concepts
  • 3 years of experience in a team environment
  • Team Leadership (Formal/Informal) experience
