Flight Operations Manager at Northrop Grumman responsible for direct supervisory and management of integrated support elements including maintenance, modifications, training, support equipment, and facilities. What you'd actually do

  1. You will have direct supervisory or management responsibilities for more than one integrated support element.
  2. Responsible for daily operations of a team or work unit (direct supervision of the staff, assignment of work, schedules, day-to-day workflow, and operating costs).
  3. Executes procedures to ensure the operation is operating in a safe and efficient manner, as well as in accordance with all federal and company regulations.
  4. Responsible for performance, including scheduling, technical performance, and quality related to maintenance programs.
