Food Service Team Leader (hourly Starbucks/food Service Supervisor)

This role is a Food Service Team Leader at Target, responsible for overseeing daily operations of the food and beverage department, including food safety, inventory, staffing, and guest service. It involves leading a team, managing workload, and ensuring brand standards are met.

What you'd actually do

  1. Understand sales goals, plan and execute daily/weekly workload to deliver department and store sales goals and guest engagement. Including planning food service transitions, revisions, sales plans, sampling, promotions and price change workload.
  2. Assign daily tasks to TMs based on planned workload and guest traffic patterns, ensuring alignment with weekly and monthly business priorities set by your direct leader.
  3. Assess Food Service back of house, production areas, dining spaces and merchandising spaces to ensure food safety and proper inventory levels.
  4. Follow all food safety requirements and cleaning routines, including monitoring and recording temperature sensitive food items, as outlined in Target’s policies and procedures.
  5. Lead team to uphold and maintain all Starbucks and Pizza Hut Brand Standards and production specifications (where applicable).
