The Ford Customization Marketing and Events Manager will lead the strategy and execution for Ford Customization Events and the Ford Custom Garage (FCG) marketing. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end event execution, managing marketing strategies across various channels, and achieving annual FCG volume targets. The position involves leading photo shoots, creating marketing materials, integrating FCG messaging into corporate platforms, and managing event budgets and logistics. It also includes people leadership responsibilities for a team of employees and agency partners.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the Ford Customization Events strategy and Ford Custom Garage (FCG) marketing strategy.
  2. Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the Marketing & Events team, including FAD and Dealer needs.
  3. Lead messaging strategies and annual marketing plans for Ford Customization, ensuring brand integration across various marketing event channels.
  4. Manage the comprehensive Events strategy and budget that include full activation events and secondary tier events.
  5. Lead and develop a team of GSR and Agency employees through project delegation, coaching, and time management.

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 10–15 years of working experience

  • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Experience as a people leader
