Forecasting Associate - Operations/contact Centre

This role focuses on producing demand forecasts for customer operations within a fintech company. The associate will be responsible for forecasting demand for a specific area, becoming an SME, and collaborating with stakeholders to make recommendations that drive forecast accuracy and deliver staffing plans. The role involves using planning data, models, and insights to advise stakeholders, reviewing tools, drivers, assumptions, models, and processes to improve forecast accuracy, and communicating capacity plan outputs. Experience with MS Excel or Google Sheets is required, with SQL and AWS being desirable.

What you'd actually do

  1. Produce medium and long term customer demand forecasts, both for contact centre and back office operations
  2. Lead monthly meetings for your area of responsibility, reviewing performance and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver binding requirements
  3. Ensure the efficient and effective use of resources in line with agreed planning periods
  4. Utilise planning data, models and insight to provide compelling advice and recommendations
  5. Maintain strong, collaborative relationships by engaging stakeholders to become a trusted partner of the operation
