岗位职责：
管理及操作货物的进出口工作，与货代、客户、计划、仓库、生产等部门保持联系，解决通关事务中各类突发问题，确保货物准时交付。
负责出口货物相关出口单证的制作（发票、箱单、报关单等资料）。
负责与海关、货代、仓库及内部相关部门协调沟通，跟踪进出口业务执行情况。
负责企业保税加工贸易电子账册或者电子手册的全流程管理，包括备案、变更、补税、核销等工作。
根据海关监管要求，确保手册数据录入准确、及时，保证账实一致。
管理保税物料及成品的出入库数据，定期进行账册平衡、库存核查及差异分析。
参与年度手册核销及海关稽查资料准备，确保合规运营。
保税深加工结转业务的流程建立和货物跟踪，确保账货物一致。
识别业务风险点，持续优化系统流程，提高账册管理效率与准确性。
任职要求：
本科以上学历，国际贸易、物流、供应链等相关专业优先。
至少5年以上保税加工贸易电子账册或手册管理经验。
熟悉中国海关法规、加工贸易监管要求及账册核销流程。
具备良好的数据敏感度，熟练使用 Excel 或相关系统（如海关单一窗口、第三方关务系统），具备Power Bi, Power Automate等能力者优先。
具备跨部门沟通能力，能与海关、供应链、生产、仓库等团队顺畅协作。
工作认真细致，责任心强，有独立解决问题能力。
Key Job Duties:
Manage and execute import and export operations, maintain close communication with freight forwarders, customers, planning, warehouse, production, and other departments, resolve unexpected issues during customs clearance, and ensure on-time delivery of goods.
Prepare all required export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declaration forms.
Coordinate and communicate with Customs, freight forwarders, warehouses, and internal departments, and monitor the execution status of import and export activities.
Take full responsibility for the end to end management of the company’s bonded processing trade electronic handbook/manual, including registration, updates, tax supplementation, and verification.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of handbook data entry in compliance with Customs supervision requirements, safeguarding consistency between system records and physical inventory.
Manage bonded materials and finished goods in/outbound data; conduct regular handbook balancing, inventory checks, and variance analysis.
Participate in annual handbook verification and prepare documentation for Customs audits to ensure full compliance.
Set up bonded goods further transfer For deep processing and bonded parts tracking, ensure the goods are consistent with the transaction data.
Identify operational risks and continuously optimize system processes to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of handbook management.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
Minimum of five years of experience in bonded processing trade electronic handbook/manual management.
Familiarity with China Customs regulations, processing trade supervisory requirements, and handbook verification procedures.
Strong data sensitivity; proficient in Excel or related systems (such as China Single Window or third party customs systems). Experience with Power BI and Power Automate is a plus.
Strong cross-functional communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with Customs, supply chain, production, warehouse, and other teams.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of independently solving problems.
