岗位职责：
- 根据工厂物料需求及出货计划及时安排进出口单证制作和检查，确保进出口单证的准确性和合规性。
- 管理及操作货物的进出口工作，与货代、客户、计划、仓库、生产等部门保持联系，解决通关事务中各类突发问题，确保货物准时交付。
- 国内/国际运输业务异常情况的协调解决。对承运商/报关行的KPI考核，对于异常物流情况进行分析及采取改进措施。
- 运费业务： 国际运费计算与分析运费成本控制与优化 每月审核货运代理账单，确保费用（海运费、空运费、附加费、报关费、本地杂费等）的准确性和合理性，识别并处理异常费用 整理和核对运费相关单据，确保符合财务要求、审计规范和海关合规要求 协调安排运费的及时、准确支付。
- 申请进出口过程中所需的各类证书或许可证。
- 负责与海关、货代、仓库及内部相关部门协调沟通，跟踪进出口业务执行情况。
- 应对和解决通关事务中各类突发问题，以及与海关的良好沟通。
- 识别业务风险点，持续优化系统流程，提高账册管理效率与准确性。
任职要求
- 本科以上学历，国际贸易、物流、供应链等相关专业优先。
- 至少5年以上进出口管理经验。
- 熟悉海关法律法规，进出口流程及国际贸易规则。
- 熟悉清关、税则归类（HS code）及关税测算。
- 了解国际运输方式（海运、空运、卡车、快递等）及费用控制
- 具备良好的数据敏感度，熟练使用 Excel 或相关系统（如海关单一窗口、第三方关务系统），具备Power Bi, Power Automate等能力者优先。
- 具备跨部门沟通能力，能与海关、供应链、生产、仓库等团队顺畅协作。
- 工作认真细致，责任心强，有独立解决问题能力。
