Salesforce is seeking a Forward Deployed Product Manager to design, implement, and optimize automated business process solutions using their Agentforce platform. This role involves owning the roadmap and feature lifecycle for scalable process solutions, partnering with customer-facing teams, AI agents, engineering, and design to transform manual workflows into automated solutions. Responsibilities include roadmap ownership, blueprint design and execution using AI agents and prompting tools, technical specification, customer research, and cross-functional collaboration.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the roadmap for process blueprints and automation solutions, balancing strategic direction with foundational execution needs
  2. Partner with customer-facing team leaders to map and analyze customer requirements for new solutions
  3. Build solution blueprints and workflow automations using current platform features
  4. Work directly with AI agents and prompting tools to design automated, enterprise-grade solutions
  5. Translate high-level strategic goals and customer requirements into clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and technical acceptance criteria
