Forward Logistics Associate, Middle East

This role is for a Forward Logistics Associate at Anduril Industries, a defense technology company. The associate will provide on-the-ground logistics support in the Middle East and Africa, managing hardware movements, sparing, and asset flow at U.S. military installations. Responsibilities include coordinating transportation, managing documentation and compliance with military and international regulations, handling inbound/outbound shipments, maintaining inventory accountability, and engaging with military customers and internal teams. The role requires operating in austere and hazard zone environments.

What you'd actually do

  1. Facilitate the movement of Anduril hardware, spares, and personnel between main operating bases and forward operating bases (FOBs) across the Middle East and Africa.
  2. Prepare, validate, and submit all required military transport documentation, including DD Form 1149, DD Form 1387 (MSL), DD Form 250, AWBs, hazmat shipping declarations, and customs paperwork.
  3. Manage the receipt, inspection, and acceptance of all inbound Anduril equipment arriving in theater from CONUS and OCONUS origins.
  4. Maintain 100% accountability of forward-deployed inventory, including operational spares, consumables, and mission-critical hardware across multiple sites.
  5. Serve as Anduril's logistics liaison to SOCOM customers, partner force units, and on-site representatives.
