Founding Marketer for an AI company focused on helping organizations turn growth ideas into reality. This role will establish the brand and drive revenue in EMEA by owning positioning, messaging, sales enablement, and demand generation. The marketer will translate product capabilities into compelling narratives for enterprise buyers, test messaging in sales conversations, and support field marketing efforts. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role to build marketing infrastructure from scratch and directly influence revenue.

What you'd actually do

  1. Define and evolve Clay’s positioning, messaging, and ICPs for EMEA enterprise buyers
  2. Partner closely with EMEA Sales and GTM-Engineering (GTM Ops) to support active deals
  3. Support in-person community events, executive dinners, and conferences in EMEA
  4. Synthesize insights from sales calls, demos, objections, and wins/losses
