What you'd actually do

  1. Own sourcing, coordination, and closing across engineering, science, and key functions
  2. Build systems and pipelines to identify and attract the best talent in the world
  3. Partner directly with founders to define what exceptional looks like for each hire
  4. Move fast without sacrificing bar, because you know that hiring the wrong person is more costly than hiring slowly
