What you'd actually do

  1. lead day-to-day interactions with key decision-makers within your managed book of franchise groups
  2. clearly communicate the value of our products with a lens of creativity to differentiate our offerings
  3. Highlight key operational opportunities within your managed book of franchise groups and develop clear strategies to drive positive change
  4. be the voice of the customer and seamlessly navigate internal processes
  5. develop analyses with Global Partner Ops Analysts to understand trends, provide meaningful insights, and track the impact of initiatives against our goals.

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years of experience in account management, consultative sales, digital media, or business development
  • Strong consultative selling skills, with a track record of managing complex partnerships and driving product adoption
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills across multiple levels of an organization
  • Proficient in using data and insights to inform strategy, influence stakeholders, and measure impact
  • Ability to build and execute joint business plans, prioritize growth initiatives, and align stakeholders around a strategic vision
  • Highly organized with strong pipeline management and the ability to balance short- and mid-term priorities
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Excel
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Nice to have

  • Experience managing/working with enterprise partnerships, franchise organizations, or global brands
  • Background in QSR, restaurant advertising, or third-party marketplaces
