Franchise Lead of Neuroscience

Head of Neuroscience Business Unit accountable for overall performance and sustainable growth of the Neuroscience portfolio, with primary responsibility for delivering Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) business results and maximizing patient impact of the PPLAT product line. Requires strategic direction, executional excellence, and building a high-performing organization.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the end-to-end strategy, operating plan, and P&L for the Neuroscience BU.
  2. Translate BU and enterprise strategy into clear priorities, executable plans, and measurable outcomes.
  3. Lead the development and execution of a strong, differentiated brand strategy across the full value chain.
  4. Provide senior leadership for strategic alliance management, ensuring strong governance, transparency, and accountability.
  5. Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing Neuroscience organization, with a strong leadership bench and clear accountability.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
